David Hightower was born June 26, 1988 in Fort Polk, Louisiana. Raised by his christen parents, Retired 1SG Bobby Sr. & Peggy Hightower. David is the last of four children. He has two older brothers and one older sister. David moved to the Fort Hood, Texas when he was just 4 years of age. David moved from Fort Hood to Kempner Texas at the age of 8. From that point on David has been exposed to all sorts of people and races.
David attended Lampasas for 5 years and learned many life lessons in those years. David transferred back to the Killeen area and finished his last two high school years at Shoemaker High School. Since then David had become fascinated with air conditioners and how they work and how to install/service them along with real estate. He has spent 10 years in the HVAC industry installing commercial and residential HVAC systems. His passion for fixing houses up started to increase more, to wanting to design homes & purchase his own.
David was in a tragic motorcycle accident back in 2015 which left him as a RBKA (Right Below Knee Amputee). He also endured the loss of his right index finger, a broken right hip, as well as his right arm fractured in three places. David knew his passion for real estate was still at heart and decided to get re-educated and proceed with his passion of becoming a REALTOR. Ever since David was young he has been faced with adversity which he has continually & steadily overcome. His construction background in dealing with homes has allowed him to have continued success in Real Estate. He knows what it takes to be successful in Real Estate and is very knowledgeable in that area from the slab to the shingles.
David’s hobbies consist of reading, going to church, watching sports & working hard to achieve success. His main hobby is making sure his clients needs are met and always put before his own.
